About Kimberly
Kimberly had a unique childhood attending a school started by her parents. As part of her vocational training, she spent the first summer (as a new driver at age sixteen!) selling crafts and jewelry in the eight states surrounding (and including) Michigan. She was “on the road” for weeks at a time selling wholesale to florists and jewelers with supplies out of her truck. This is when her sales training began!
Following her marriage at age 19, Kimberly became the receptionist at Schmidt Real Estate in Suttons Bay. After one year she elected to become a licensed salesperson for that office. At that time the market was experiencing interest rates in the 18-20% range with lots of land contract sales! She persevered and became a million dollar producer. In 1985 she left to begin her own firm, Signature Realty. She managed 6-8 full time agents at her Suttons Bay office.
Kimberly joined Five Star Real Estate, as an Associate Broker, in March 2020. She has formed an alliance with the Susan G Komen Foundation, personally donating 5% of all her real estate sales to this worthy organization. LETS FIND A CURE!
Kimberly’s enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication to the code of ethics make her an excellent choice as your Realtor.
